Privacy notice

Draft for review. This is not final legal text. Every line marked “Owner decision” still has to be filled in by the operator before this document can be relied on or published.

This notice describes what A.T stores about you today, based on how the app is actually built.

Last updated 27 October 2026

Who runs this app

A.T is built and operated by Idalina Digital. This notice explains what the app stores about you, who processes it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Owner decision: the registered company name, address and a privacy contact address for this notice.

What the app stores

Only what the features need:

  • Your account: the email address you sign in with, your name, your account role, and how you sign in (email and password, or Google). The password itself is held by the hosting platform and is never visible to this app.
  • Your profile: display name, photos, age, country and city, bio, languages, interests, social links and answers you add about what you enjoy.
  • Private profile fields you choose to fill in: phone number, emergency contacts and live location.
  • Identity checks: the selfie and ID photo you upload when you ask to be verified, plus the review outcome.
  • Your activity in the app: activities and classes you join or host, check-ins, reviews, gallery photos, posts and comments, and the messages you send.
  • Files you upload anywhere else: profile and cover photos, extra profile photos, activity and community photos, stories, post photos, and background music. These are stored in public storage. Anyone holding the direct link can open them, without signing in, so treat a link you share as public.
  • Voice notes: sending them is switched off for now, because chat audio would have to be stored privately rather than under a public link. Voice notes sent before that change are still in the conversation and still play.
  • Payout details, if you teach: your payment account reference, its status, and the bank account holder name and country.
  • Reports you file about other members, and blocks you set.

Who can see what

Profile basics you publish (display name, photos, bio, city, languages, interests) are visible to signed-in members. Private fields stay private to you and to app administrators: phone number, emergency contacts, live location, identity photos, payout details and payout status.

Identity documents are the most protected thing the app holds. They are kept in private storage, so the profile holds only a storage reference and never a public link. They are opened only through the app, which checks every request: you may open your own, and a moderator may open them to review your request. The app then hands back a link that stops working after five minutes, and the underlying reference is returned to nobody.

Documents handed in before the app moved to private storage were already public links, and those particular links keep working. Anything handed in from now on is private as described above.

Who can read what else

Messages can be read only by the people in that conversation. The app decides this on the server for every request, so a chat cannot be read by reaching its data directly. Safety check-ins are visible to the people in that activity.

Reports you file are readable by you and by app administrators. The member you reported cannot read the report, and cannot see that it was you who filed it.

App administrators can see all app data, including the documents and messages above, and can manage accounts. They cannot see your password.

Services that process your data

  • The Base44 platform hosts the app, its database, sign-in, email delivery and mobile push notifications.
  • Stripe processes payments, subscriptions and teacher payouts once paid features are switched on.
  • Twilio delivers safety text messages, when messaging is configured for the app.
  • An AI model is used for identity-check review, for the travel assistant and for on-screen translations.

Owner decision: confirm the processing agreements and regions for these providers before launch.

AI processing

When you submit an identity check, the selfie and ID photo you uploaded are sent to an AI model for review, opened through the same short-lived private links described above.

The travel assistant and the translation feature send the text you provide to an AI model to produce a reply or a translation.

Do not upload documents or details you are not willing to have processed this way.

How long we keep it

You can delete your account from your profile. We email you a single-use link, and once you confirm, the app erases your profile, your messages, your reservations, the content you authored, your follows, stories, gallery photos, notifications and check-ins.

Deleting your account has two limits, and they are worth stating plainly. First, the sign-in record itself is held by the hosting platform: the app closes your profile and erases your data, and that record is removed at the same time when it can be. If it cannot be removed at that moment, our team finishes it by hand within 30 days; if anything is still outstanding after that, ask us through the support page. Second, files you uploaded live in public storage under a link: deletion removes the app's reference to them, but a link somebody already saved or shared outside the app cannot be recalled.

Two things are kept after deletion: safety reports, as moderation evidence, and invoices, as financial records.

Owner decision: a retention period for safety reports and financial records, and a schedule for data that is not part of the deletion flow.

Your choices

  • Delete your account at any time from your profile, under the safety tab.
  • Unblock or un-follow anyone from their profile.
  • Ask for a copy of your data, or ask a question about this notice, through the support page.

Owner decision: how data-copy requests are handled and how long a reply takes.

Storage on your device

The app keeps your sign-in session, your language choice, onboarding flags, saved scroll positions and unfinished AI conversations in your browser. The app itself does not run advertising trackers.

Age

This app is meant for adults meeting other adults in person.

Owner decision: a minimum age, and whether it should be checked at sign-up.
