Terms of use

Draft for review. This is not final legal text. Every line marked “Owner decision” still has to be filled in by the operator before this document can be relied on or published.

These terms describe how A.T is meant to be used, based on what the app actually does today.

Last updated 26 October 2026

Who you are agreeing with

A.T is built and operated by Idalina Digital. Using the app means accepting these terms and the community guidelines.

Owner decision: the registered company name, address and a contact address for legal notices.

Your account

  • Give accurate information about yourself, and keep your sign-in details to yourself.
  • One account per person. Impersonating somebody else is not allowed.
  • You can delete your account at any time from your profile.

Owner decision: a minimum age for using the app, and whether it is checked at sign-up.

How to behave

A.T exists so people can meet in person and have a good time. Harassment, threats, discrimination, fake profiles, spam and anything illegal will get content removed and accounts closed.

The community guidelines set out what is expected in more detail.

Meeting people: your safety

A.T helps members find each other and arrange activities and classes. It does not run those activities, it does not supervise them, and it does not run background checks on members. An identity check confirms that a member is who they say they are; it is not a guarantee of anyone’s behaviour.

Use the safety tools: share the activity details with someone you trust, enable check-ins, keep your emergency contacts up to date, and meet in public places first.

The emergency features in this app (check-ins and the SOS button) send messages to the emergency contacts you saved. They are not a substitute for emergency services. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

What you post

You keep ownership of the content you post. You give the app permission to display it to the members who are meant to see it, and to store it so it can be shown again.

Only post content that is yours to post, and only photos of people who agreed to be in them.

Classes and payments

Teachers set their own prices and their own rules and cancellation policy for each class. When a class is paid, payment is processed by Stripe, and for direct teacher payments the money is routed to the teacher’s own payment account.

Paid class checkout is switched off until confirmed-payment handling is fully live, so no payment can be taken in the app at the moment.

Owner decision: a platform-level refund and cancellation policy, including what happens when a teacher cancels a class.

Premium

Some features are marked premium. Paid plans are not on sale yet. When they are, premium access is granted only once the payment provider has confirmed the payment — returning from a checkout page does not grant access by itself.

Owner decision: the subscription price, what happens on renewal, and how cancellation works.

Reports, blocking and moderation

You can report a member and block a member. Blocking stops private contact in both directions between you and that person. Reports go to the app’s administrators, who may remove content or close accounts.

Abusing the reporting system is itself a breach of these terms.

Owner decision: how quickly reports are reviewed, and the appeals route for a closed account.

Ending your account

Deleting your account erases your profile, messages, reservations, authored content, follows, stories, gallery photos, notifications and check-ins. Safety reports and invoices are kept as evidence and as financial records.

Availability and liability

The app is provided as it is. Features can change, and things can break. To the extent the law allows, Idalina Digital is not liable for what members do when they meet.

Owner decision: the governing law, the courts that handle disputes, and any liability limits the operator wants to rely on.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change, the date at the top changes with it. This version is a draft and is not yet in force.
